Tan Cang Pilot: Organizing the Mid-Year Work Review Conference 2023

On the afternoon of June 27, 2023, Tan Cang Pilot successfully held the mid-year work review conference for the first six months of 2023 online at four different locations (meeting rooms in Ho Chi Minh and Vung Tau city) with 50 delegates representing the entire organization.

Colonel Nguyen Van Phuong, Member of the Party Committee of QCSG, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Company, emphasized the resolution on leadership in implementing the tasks of the Party Committee of QCSG and the Party Committee of Tan Cang Pilot for the last six months of 2023.
 

The conference reached a consensus in assessing that, despite the advantages, difficulties, and existing limitations over the past period, the Company has diligently addressed these issues, learned from them, and surpassed all expectations. The entire Company has demonstrated unity, proactivity, flexibility, and effective management to excel in production and business tasks, achieving high growth in production output, revenue, and profits, with basic economic indicators increasing by over 3.2% (post-tax profits alone reaching 32.6%) compared to the same period in 2022. All projects and investments were executed in compliance with the law, meeting deadlines and objectives. The Company has propagated the culture of Tan Cang Saigon Port Corporation, elevated the political responsibility of the Armed Forces of Uncle Ho in military, people's mobilization, and policy towards units within and outside the Armed Forces, local areas. The leadership of mass organizations has been dynamic and functional, ensuring practical effectiveness. The Company has successfully prepared documents to propose the Labor Order on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the traditional day (October 27, 2023).

The conference was dynamic and primarily focused on proposing critical solutions for the tasks in the last six months of 2023: Upholding and strictly following the directives and orders from higher authorities, being ready to receive and successfully complete assigned tasks; Concentrating on ensuring unit safety; Managing expenses rigorously; Adhering to organizational structures. The conference called upon all officials, employees, and laborers of the Company to continue innovating their thinking, enhancing unity, decisiveness, and effectiveness, striving with a stronger determination to successfully fulfill all the goals, tasks, and plans for 2023 and the following years. It aimed to collectively build Tan Cang Pilot for stable and sustainable development.

The conference concluded with a review of the Emulation Movement for Success and awarded cash prizes to 3 teams and 16 individuals who excelled in their duties in the first six months of 2023. The success of the conference served as a driving force for the entire organization to strive for excellence in accomplishing the tasks of 2023.
