Tan Cang Pilot: Mid-Year 2022 Performance Review Conference

On June 28, 2022, Tan Cang Pilot successfully held its mid-year Performance review conference through an online platform at two separate locations (meeting rooms in Ho Chi Minh and Vung Tau City).

This conference was organized under the guidance of Colonel Nguyen Van Phuong, who serves as the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Tan Cang Pilot. The event was presided over by Colonel Hoang Thanh Binh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Company. In attendance were party members, the Board of Directors, officers at various ranks, as well as the heads of different departments and mass organizations.

After a thorough examination of the leadership resolutions for the second half of the year and a comprehensive review of the mid-year performance report for 2022, the conference reached a consensus. Despite facing both favorable conditions and numerous challenges, the entire company showcased unwavering unity, proactive adaptability, and effective management in achieving and maintaining the core economic objectives in comparison to the same period in 2021. The conference proved to be dynamic, with a substantial portion of time allocated to proposing critical solutions aimed at fulfilling the second-half 2022 tasks. There was a strong determination to comprehensively achieve the 2022 annual plans.

Regarding Production and Business, drawing from valuable lessons learned during the first six months, the conference highlighted the importance of cost management, particularly in the context of escalating fuel prices. Various departments within the company remained closely aligned with the detailed annual Production and Business Plan, consistently reporting monthly expenditure results. Internal inspections, reminders, and exhortations were integral, and the conference emphasized providing timely recommendations to the Party Committee and Board of Directors to fulfill their assigned responsibilities.

Concerning the review of the "Emulation movement" campaign, the conference wholeheartedly endorsed the list of nominations for commendation by Saigon Newport Corporation and the Company's Director. This recognition was extended to teams and individuals who performed exceptionally well during the first six months of 2022. The success of the conference serves as a powerful motivator for the entire unit to strive for excellence in the year 2022.
